Proverbs 16:3 Mobile Pet Services LLC provides professional mobile pet care services performed by a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe it is necessary for the safety of our staff, your pet, or others.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website, if available.
Please ensure someone 18 years of age or older is available at the scheduled appointment time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Pet Health and Behavior
For the safety of everyone involved, you agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including:
- Medical conditions
- Current medications
- Vaccination status, when applicable
- Behavioral concerns, including fear, aggression, or bite history
Failure to disclose known health or behavioral issues may result in the appointment being stopped or future services being declined.
Safety
The safety and well-being of your pet is our highest priority.
If a pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or appears medically unstable during a visit, services may be paused or discontinued at our discretion. This decision is made solely to protect your pet and our staff.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated when appointments are scheduled.
Returned checks or failed electronic payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules sometimes change.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled.
Travel Area
We proudly serve Bulloch, Screven, Effingham, Bryan, Chatham, and surrounding counties.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Any applicable fees will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.
